Customers can cancel a booking from the available booking controls or by contacting OROW support.

Before acceptance

Where no provider has accepted the booking and no service cost has been incurred, cancellation is generally eligible for the applicable refund.

After acceptance

Cancellation after provider acceptance may be subject to the applicable service policy and documented costs.

Emergency and instant services

Instant or emergency services may have different cancellation rules because dispatch may begin immediately.
