OROW keeps personal data only for the applicable purpose and period, subject to legal, tax, accounting, safety, fraud-prevention and dispute requirements. Exact schedules may be tightened by policy or law.

| Provider/driver KYC | Retain only while required for onboarding, safety, settlement or legal obligations |
| Location data | Minimise collection and retention; active-job/location features should retain location data only for as long as necessary for the stated purposes |
| Support/grievance records | Retain for resolution, audit and applicable legal requirements |
| Security/audit logs | Retain as necessary for security, fraud prevention and incident investigation |
Users may request deletion or withdrawal where applicable. OROW may retain information that must be preserved under law, for disputes, fraud prevention, security or legitimate recordkeeping.
Access to sensitive information must be role-based and limited to personnel or processors who need it for the stated purpose.
