These Terms govern use of the OROW digital marketplace and booking services.

1. Marketplace role

OROW connects customers with service providers and other partners. Service availability, provider eligibility, pricing and coverage depend on the booking, location and applicable platform rules.

2. Booking and pricing

Prices shown as starting prices are not necessarily the final payable amount. The final amount is determined by the applicable service/sub-service, approved pricing rules, taxes and any customer-approved additional work. Customer approval is required for diagnostic findings or additional work where the workflow requires it.

3. Provider conduct

Providers must follow OROW verification, safety, service-area, pricing, evidence and customer-service requirements. OROW may suspend or restrict accounts for policy violations.

4. Payments and refunds

Payments are processed through the configured payment provider. Refunds, cancellations and adjustments are governed by the applicable booking and refund policy.

5. Warranty and service protection

Any service warranty displayed in the platform is subject to the applicable warranty policy, coverage scope and exclusions shown for that service.

6. Reviews and content

Users must not submit unlawful, deceptive, abusive or infringing content. OROW may moderate content where permitted by law and platform policy.

7. Changes and termination

OROW may update platform features and these terms. Material changes will be communicated through appropriate platform channels.
